Terms used but not otherwise defined herein shall have the meaning given to them in the Circular. \n \n \n \n \n \n The following is a summary of voting at the GM, which was conducted on a poll:\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Votes For\n \n \n \n \n %\n \n \n \n \n Votes Against\n \n \n \n \n %\n \n \n \n \n Total Votes Cast (excluding votes withheld)\n \n \n \n \n Votes were withheld on the following number of Ordinary Shares\n \n \n \n \n \n \n 376,097,653\n \n \n \n \n 99.99\n \n \n \n \n 4,520\n \n \n \n \n 0.00\n \n \n \n \n 376,124,395\n \n \n \n \n 46,823\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n As noted in the Circular, none of the Related Parties held, nor were they beneficially entitled to, any Ordinary Shares or options to acquire Ordinary Shares.\n \n \n \n \n \n A copy of the Resolution passed at the GM will be submitted to the National Storage Mechanism (the \"NSM\") and will be available for inspection on the NSM's website at \n \n https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism\n \n . \n The result will also be made available for viewing on the Company's website at \n \n https://investors.dominos.co.uk/investors/overview\n \n . \n \n \n \n \n \n The Company is pleased to announce that, following shareholder approval of the Transaction, it has now completed the sale of Domino's Norway.
