VANCOUVER, British Columbia, Feb. 02, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Doman Building Materials Group Ltd. (“Doman” or the “Company”) (TSX: DBM) announces the upcoming retirement of Chief Financial Officer, James Code, effective April 7, 2026. Following a planned succession process, the Company is pleased to announce the appointment of Darren Gwozd as Chief Financial Officer, effective the same day. Mr. Code joined Doman in 2009 and has served as Chief Financial Officer of Doman since 2011 and has played a key role in the Company’s growth, transformation, and financial stewardship during his tenure. Under his leadership, Doman strengthened its financial reporting and controls, executed on multiple strategic acquisitions, completed significant capital raises and complex credit facilities and navigated varying market and operating cycles.
