VANCOUVER, British Columbia, Dec. 17, 2025 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Doman Building Materials Group Ltd. (“Doman” or the “Company”) (TSX: DBM) announced today that it has completed the previously announced early redemption of all $272,163,000 aggregate principal amount of its outstanding 5.25% senior unsecured subordinated notes due May 15, 2026 (the “2026 Notes”). The 2026 Notes were redeemed at a redemption price equal to $1,004.60 for each $1,000 principal amount of 2026 Notes, representing their principal amount, plus all accrued and unpaid interest thereon up to but excluding the date hereof. “Doman's continuing fiscal responsibility along with our growth strategy is expected to bode well for the future. The early retirement of our senior unsecured 2026 Notes and the attendant re-alignment of our debt stack strengthens our balance sheet, demonstrating our ongoing debt retirement strategies.
