The Meeting will be conducted online only, via live audio webcast.\n \n \n The Corporation elected to conduct the Meeting virtually once again this year due to the restrictions imposed in the context of the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. All shareholders of record as of the close of business on April 15, 2021, regardless of geographic location, will be able to listen to the live audio webcast and submit questions.
