This is to inform you that pursuant to the code of fair disclosure, internal procedures and conduct for regulating, monitoring and reporting of trading by insiders("the code") of the company and the SEBI (Prohibition of insider trading) Regulations, 2015, "The Trading Window" for dealing in the Securities of the Company by Promoters, Directors, Key Managerial Person and Designated persons & their immediate relatives shall remain closed with effect from April 1, 2025 till completion of 48 hours (both days inclusive) after the declaration of Audited Financial Results by the Company for the quarter and financial year ended 31st March 2025.
