The Western Athabasca Syndicate (\"the Syndicate\") consists of Athabasca Nuclear Corp. (TSX-V: ASC), Skyharbour Resources (TSX-V: SYH), Noka Resources Inc. (TSX-V: NX) and Lucky Strike Resources Ltd.
