Reports Submission of License Applications in\nSaskatchewan, dated January 17, 2025), the Issuer reports that it\nsubmitted certain further and additional mining claim applications to\nthe Government of Saskatchewan (the “Additional License\nApplications”), such Additional License Applications pertaining to\nparticular areas situated in northern Saskatchewan, and being in\naddition to those previously disclosed on January 17\n \n\n ,\n \n\n 2025 (the\n“First License Applications”)(the First License Applications and\nthe Additional License Applications, together, the “License\nApplications”).\n \n\n\n\n With respect to the License Applications, the\nsubmission process was preceded by recent evaluations by the Issuer of\nthe associated area and regional developments. The License\nApplications were submitted, as described by Issuer news releases, to\npreposition Dixie Gold with optionality to the region in advance of\ncertain upcoming activities by Ramp Metals Inc. that the Issuer\nexpects to occur based on its interpretation of certain public\nrecords, as well as to ensure that the License Applications, as\nindirectly filed, predate any alternate party that might be seeking\nthe same.\n \n\n\n\n As is customary, the Additional License Applications\nremain subject to final approval by the Government of Saskatchewan.\nCosts related to the Additional License Applications were funded\nthrough on-hand working capital.\n \n\n\n\n The Additional License Applications being announced\ntoday correspond to submissions related to approximately 35,448\nhectares,...
