(TSX: DIV, DIV.DB.A and DIV.DB.B) (the “Corporation” or “DIV”) is pleased to announce that its board of directors has approved a cash dividend of $0.02375 per common share for the period of May 1, 2026 to May 31, 2026, which is equal to $0.285 per common share on an annualized basis. The dividend will be paid on May 29, 2026 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on May 15, 2026. Q1 2026 Earnings Release Date DIV will release earnings results for the three months ended March 31, 2026 following the closing of regular trading on the Toronto Stock Exchange on May 14, 2026.
