(TSX: DIV, DIV.DB.A and DIV.DB.B) (the “Corporation” or “DIV”) is pleased to announce that its board of directors has approved a cash dividend of $0.02375 per common share for the period of March 1, 2026 to March 31, 2026, which is equal to $0.285 per common share on an annualized basis. The dividend will be paid on March 31, 2026 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on March 13, 2026. Q4 2025 Earnings Release Date DIV will release earnings results for the three months and year ended December 31, 2025 following the closing of regular trading on the Toronto Stock Exchange on March 19, 2026.
