(TSX: DIV and DIV.DB.A) (the “Corporation” or “DIV”) is pleased to confirm that DIV’s annual dividend has increased from 25.0 cents per share to 27.5 cents per share effective July 1, 2025 as previously announced on June 17, 2025. In accordance with the dividend increase, DIV is pleased to announce that its board of directors has approved a cash dividend of $0.02292 per common share for the period of July 1, 2025 to July 31, 2025, which is equal to $0.275 per common share on an annualized basis.
