(TSX: DIV and DIV.DB.A) (the “Corporation” or “DIV”) is pleased to confirm that DIV’s annual dividend has increased from $0.275 per share to $0.285 per share effective December 1, 2025, as previously announced on November 12, 2025. In accordance with the dividend increase, DIV is pleased to announce that its board of directors has approved a cash dividend of $0.02375 per common share for the period of December 1, 2025 to December 31, 2025, which is equal to $0.285 per common share on an annualized basis.
