[{"type":"text","content":"\n\n19 September 2023\n \nDIVERSIFIED ENERGY COMPANY PLC\n(the \"Company\") \n \nQ1 2023 Dividend Exchange Rate \n \n \nDiversified Energy Company PLC (LSE: DEC), announced on 09 May 2023 a dividend in respect of the first quarter ended 31 March 2023 of 4.375 cents per share (\"Q1 2023 Dividend\").
