[{"type":"text","content":"\n\n9 May 2023\n \n Diversified Energy Company PLC\n(\"Diversified\" or the \"Company\")\n \nFirst Quarter Dividend Announcement\n \nDiversified Energy Company PLC (LSE:DEC) is pleased to announce that the Board has declared an interim dividend of 4.375 cents per share in respect of 1Q23 for the three month period ended 31 March 2023, an increase of 3% over the 1Q22 dividend of 4.250 cents per share.\n \nKey dates related to the declared dividend include:\n\n\n\nEx-dividend Date:\n\n\n \n\n\n31 August 2023\n\n\n\n\nRecord Date:\n\n\n \n\n\n1 September 2023\n\n\n\n\nPayment Date:\n\n\n \n\n\n29 September 2023\n\n\n\n\nDefault Currency:\n\n\n \n\n\nUS Dollar\n\n\n\n\nCurrency Election Option:\n\n\n \n\n\nSterling\n\n\n\n\nLast Date for Currency Election:\n\n\n \n\n\n8 September 2023\n\n\n\n \nDiversified will pay the dividend in U.S. dollars while continuing to make available to shareholders a sterling election. For those shareholders who wish to receive their dividend payment in sterling, and who have not yet completed a currency election form, the Company has made available a dividend election form on its website at https://ir.div.energy/dividend-information.
