[{"type":"text","content":"\n\nFebruary 24, 2025\n \nDiversified Energy Company plc\n(\"Diversified\" or the \"Company\")\n \nAdmission of Shares and Total Voting Rights\n \nDiversified Energy Company PLC (LSE: DEC; NYSE: DEC) (\"Diversified\" or the \"Company\"), announces that, further to the Company's announcements on 20 February 2025 in relation to the pricing of 8,500,000 new ordinary shares in the capital of the Company (the \"Shares\") and the publication of a prospectus approved by the Financial Conduct Authority (the \"FCA\") (the \"Prospectus\"), admission of the Shares to listing on the equity shares (commercial companies) category of the Official List of the FCA and to trading on the main market of the London Stock Exchange plc (\"Admission\") became effective at 08:00 a.m. (London time) on 24 February 2025.\n \nTotal Voting Rights\n \nFor the purposes of the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules, following Admission, the total number of ordinary shares of 20p each in the capital of the Company in issue as at 24 February 2025 is 59,795,942 with each ordinary share carrying the right to one vote.
