(CTG: TSX-V) ("Global or the "Company") is pleased to announce that Mr. William\n Pincus has been appointed to the board of directors.  The Company has\n also appointed Mr. William Bond as Vice-President, Exploration and Mr.\n Martin Zahorec as Country Manager and CEO of Global Minerals Slovakia.\n\n\nMr. Pincus has over 30 years of industry experience. He was Vice\n President of Sunshine Mining Company, overseeing the development of the\n 155-million-ounce Pirquitas silver deposit. Previously Mr. Pincus was\n Executive Vice President of the mining consulting firm, Pincock, Allen\n and Holt. Prior experience includes both FMC Gold (now Meridian Gold)\n and Atlas Corporation where he was involved in the successful\n exploration and acquisition of various precious metal projects. He\n graduated from the University of Colorado with a B.A. in geology in\n 1975 and received an M.Sc. in geology and an M.Sc. in mineral economics\n in 1981 and 1986, respectively, from the Colorado School of Mines. He\n is a Certified Professional Geologist.\n\n\nMr. Bond has been involved with precious metals exploration and\n production for 30 years, previously as Mines Operations Geologist for\n Homestake Mining Company, Chief Geologist for Asamera Minerals (U.S.)\n Inc., Chief Geologist for Sunshine Precious Metals, Inc., and Vice\n President of Exploration for Sunshine...
