Non-Executive Director Appointment

Distribution Finance Capital Holdings plc, the specialist bank providing flexible financing solutions to dealers, manufacturers and their customers, today announces the appointment of Richard Green as a Non-Executive Director, with effect from 17 September 2025.

Richard joins the Board with over 35 years financial service leadership experience, across the consumer, commercial and insurance sectors both in the UK and at a European level. On appointment, Richard will become a member of the Board Audit Committee, Board Risk Committee and the Remuneration & Nomination Committee.

Richard Green said: "I'm delighted to be joining the DF Capital team at such an exciting stage in its journey, as the Company focuses on the next phase of growth. I look forward to putting my product and leadership expertise to work, supporting Carl and the team's ambitions to scale the bank as a multi-product lender."

Mark Stephens, Chair, said: "It's great to welcome someone of Richard's experience to our Board. He has built a long and distinguished career in financial products and services that align exactly with DF Capital's existing and new lending ambitions.
