[{"type":"text","content":"\n \nRNS Number : 2075Y Distil PLC 01 March 2017 \n\n \n1 March 2017\n \nDistil Plc\n(\"Distil\" or the \"Company\")\n \nGrant of Options\n \nThe Board of Distil plc (AIM: DIS), owner of premium drinks brands RedLeg Spiced Rum, Blackwoods Gin and Vodka, Blavod Black Vodka, Jago's Cream Liqueur and Diva vodka, has made the following grant of options to Shaun Claydon (\"Options\"), Finance Director of Distil:\n \n\n\n\n\nNumber of Options granted\n \n\n\nTotal Options held following the grant\n\n\n\n\n2,750,000\n \n\n\n2,750,000\n\n\n\n\n \nThese Options over ordinary shares of 0.1p each have an exercise price of 1.62 pence per share, being the average closing mid-market price of a Distil share over the 10 business days prior to the date of grant.\n \n50 per cent. of the Options vest upon the publication of the Annual Report and Accounts for the year ending 31 March 2017.
