Blavod Extreme Spirits PLC 12 October 2004 Blavod Black Vodka Lands Two More Major U.S. Retailers Blavod Announces New Deals With Meijer stores and Beverages and More Blavod Black Vodka continues its aggressive infiltration of the U.S. beverage market, today announcing deals with Meijer stores and Beverages and More. Meijer is one of the strongest retailers in the Midwest with more than 162 stores in five states. Beverages and More is one of the fastest growing specialty alcoholic beverage retailers in California. Blavod is expected to be available by mid-October in both locations. Meijer, a Midwestern retail super-centre headquartered in Michigan, will initially carry Blavod in more than 120 stores in Michigan, Kentucky, Indiana and Illinois. Distribution will expand as consumers respond to the product. Beverage and More with 44 stores in California and a strong online store, www.bevmo.com, will carry Blavod at all its locations and online. Beverages and More is California's largest wine, spirits and beer superstore with almost 10,000 beverage and related products. Meijer stores will carry the 750ml and 1L sizes of Blavod. Beverages and More will carry the 750ml size. Blavod will be priced in the premium vodka range. Distribution will coincide with the important retail holiday season.
