Variation of Cease Trade Order
Discovery Minerals Ltd.
(formerly Dhanoa Minerals Ltd.)
Sections 164 and 171 of the Securities Act, R.S.B.C. 1996, c. 418
¶ 1 On May 1, 2009, the Executive Director ordered under section 164(1) of the Act, that all trading in the securities of Dhanoa Minerals Ltd. cease until it files the required records and the Executive Director revokes the cease trade order.¶ 2 On August 30, 2012 Dhanoa Minerals Ltd. changed its name from Dhanoa Minerals Ltd. to Discovery Minerals Ltd.¶ 3 Discovery Minerals Ltd. has not filed the required records and the Executive Director has not made an order under section 164 of the Act revoking the cease trade order.¶ 4 Under section 171 of the Act, the Executive Director varies the order to reflect the change of name from Dhanoa Minerals Ltd. to Discovery Minerals Ltd.¶ 5 September 14, 2012Allan Lim, CAManagerCorporate Finance
