Discovery-Corp Closes $552,000 Private Placement

Vancouver, British Columbia CANADA, April 30, 2012 /FSC/ - Discovery-Corp Enterprises Inc. (DCY - TSX Venture), announces that it has closed a private placement of 4,600,000 units at $0.12 per unit for total proceeds of $552,000.

Each unit comprises one common share and a share purchase warrant entitling the holder to purchase an additional share in the Company for $0.15 a share if exercised on or before April 24, 2013, subject to an acceleration clause, whereby if the Company's shares have an average trading price above $0.25 for 15 consecutive trading days, after the required four month hold period, the Company has the option to give 30 days' notice to exercise within 15 days.

The Company will use the proceeds from private placement for exploration on the Company's Galaxy Property or its Rock Creek Ranch property in Nevada, and for working capital.  

Discovery-Corp is a junior exploration company based in British Columbia, Canada that is focused on finding high quality gold and copper properties. Discovery-Corp's properties include the Galaxy, located in the New Afton camp in Kamloops, BC and the Rock Creek Ranch, located in North Central Nevada at the intersection of the Getchell and Battle Mountain-Eureka gold trends.
