The reappointment of PwC will be subject to approval by shareholders at the Company's annual general meeting in July 2018. Ernst & Young LLP (\"EY\") has resigned as Group auditor with effect from 13 September 2017.\nA description of the tender process will be included in the report and accounts for the year ended 31 March 2018.
