Derek Crook Resigns from the Board

Acal PLC 31 January 2000 Following the successful initial integration of the Sedgemoor subsidiaries into Acal, Mr Derek Crook has decided to retire from the Group. Consequently he has resigned from the Board of Acal plc with effect from Friday, 4th February 2000.
