In particular, she has a good understanding of industrial businesses that have grown by acquisition. She spent her executive career in Human Resources, starting with Ford Motor Company and then KPMG, before moving on to Tate & Lyle plc, Enterprise Oil and Hays plc. More recently, at Bunzl plc, she was a member of the Executive Committee responsible for HR and sustainability.\n \nCurrently, Celia is a Non-Executive Director & Chair of the Remuneration Committee of DS Smith Plc and Senior Independent Director and Remuneration Committee Chair of Dowlais Group plc. Until April 2023, she was Senior Independent Director and Remuneration Committee Chair of Senior plc. Previously, she was a Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Remuneration Committee of RHI Magnesita NV and a Non-Executive Director of Bekaert NV.\n \nBruce Thompson, Chairman, commented: \"We are delighted to welcome Celia to the Board.
