Since 2005, he has been with Electrocomponents plc, the leading high service distributor to engineers worldwide. As global Head of Electronics, he has responsibility for the Group's electronics business, serving maintenance, design and production customers.\n\nPrior to joining Electrocomponents, Mr Jefferies spent eleven years in component distribution, including senior positions at Arrow Electronics, a leading international distributor of electronic components and computer products, latterly as Managing Director, Nordic Region.\n\nRichard Moon, Chairman said:\n\n\"I am delighted to announce Nick's appointment and welcome him to the Acal Group of Companies.
