[{"type":"text","content":"\n RNS Number : 4542Q Acal PLC 09 April 2009 \n \nFOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE\n09 APRIL 2009\n\nACAL PLC (\"Acal\")\n(Leading pan-European, value-added technology based distributor\nproviding specialist design-in, sales and marketing services)\n \nACQUISITION OF SERVICE SOURCE EUROPE LIMITED (\"SSE\")\nAcal announces that its subsidiary, Acal Supply Chain Limited (\"Acal Supply Chain\"), has today acquired the remaining 25 per cent. of the issued ordinary shares in SSE for a cash consideration of £1,000,000. \nAs announced on 12 January 2009, Acal Supply Chain initially acquired 75 per cent. of the issued ordinary share capital of SSE on 9 January 2009, which it has since operated and managed together with Acal's other parts services businesses.
