Chief Financial Officer appointment
Diploma PLC has appointed Wilson Ng as Group Chief Financial Officer, effective immediately, following a comprehensive selection process. Ng, who joined Diploma in 2022 and has served as Acting CFO since August 2025, brings over 20 years of international finance experience. His remuneration package includes a base salary of £475,000, a 4% company pension contribution, and potential annual bonus and long-term incentive opportunities of 180% and 250% of base salary, respectively, in line with the company's Remuneration Policy approved at the 2024 AGM.
