SUBMISSION OF 2006 ANNUAL REPORT, NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
AND FORM OF PROXY
The Annual Report for the year ended 30 September 2006 has today been posted
to shareholders, together with an explanatory circular and notice of Annual
General Meeting.
A copy of the Annual Report is also available on request from the Company
Secretary, Diploma PLC, 20 Bunhill Row, London, EC1Y 8UD or from the

The Company has today submitted two copies of the following documents to the
UKLA at the Document Viewing Facility for inspection:
the Annual Report for the financial year ended 30 September 2006;
an explanatory circular and notice of Annual General Meeting ('AGM') dated 6
December 2006 sent to all shareholders entitled to vote at the meeting; and
a form of proxy in relation to the AGM.
