Interestingly enough, shortly after #KeepTheLightOn launched, the United States Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) coincidentally eased certain Regulation Crowdfunding (Reg. CF) requirements to provide temporary and conditional relief, making certain fund raising easier with Reg. CF.
