(DFI:TSX)\n("DFI" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that Gooroodeo (Mahen) Sookun\nhas been appointed as Chief Financial Officer of the Company, succeeding\nWaldo Pienaar, who has resigned effective April 30, 2008, to pursue other\nbusiness interests.\n\n\nMr. Sookun, a director of the Company since May 2007, is a fellow of the\nAssociation of Chartered Certified Accountants, U.K., and holds an MBA\n(Finance) from the University of Leicester, U.K. Over the last fifteen years\nMr. Sookun has been a Corporate Finance Executive in diverse sectors such as\npublic utilities, agriculture, textiles, mining and real estate development in\nMauritius, Mozambique and Sierra Leone.
