De Decker of De Decker and Associates Consulting Services.\nThe technical report was prepared under National Instrument 43-101 and relates\nto the Company's marine alluvial diamond mining and exploration properties off\nthe coast of Luderitz, Namibia.\nThe updated report comments upon mining undertaken in Mining Licence\nML111 since November 2002, as a result of mining operations by contractors,\njoint ventures and with DFI's own vessel. DFI acquired its vessel in late 2004\nand the report comments on commercial and technical aspects specific to this\nvessel.\nA copy of the technical report may be obtained under the Company's\nprofile at www.sedar.com.\nThe technical report was prepared in connection with the proposed merger\nbetween DFI and Moydow Mines International Inc.
