The Company is unaware of any unresolved issues\noutstanding with its former auditors. The Board expects to announce the\nappointment of its new audit firm in the coming weeks.\n\n\nIn addition, management believes it is in the best interest of the\nCompany to move its corporate head office from South Africa back to Vancouver,\nB.C., effective immediately.
