[{"type":"text","content":"\n Dialight PLC\n30 June 2006\n\n\n\nDialight plc\n\n30 June 2006\n\n REDEMPTION OF B SHARES\n\nDialight plc (the 'Company') announces that 22,057 of the redeemable\nnon-cumulative preference shares of 75 pence each in the capital of the Company\n('B Shares') will be redeemed today. Accordingly, a total of 53,871,701 B\nShares, representing 94.84 per cent. of the B Shares originally in issue, have\nnow been redeemed in accordance with the terms and conditions attaching to the B\nShares.
