Appointment of Interim Finance Director

 

The Board of Dialight is pleased to announce the appointment of George Ralph as Interim Finance Director with effect from 17 December 2009. Mr Ralph was most recently the Chief Financial Officer & Company Secretary of nCipher plc. Prior to this he held senior roles with Abacus Group plc, Deltron Electronics plc and Automated Security (Holdings) plc. 

There are no matters to be disclosed pursuant to Rule 9.6.13 of the Listing Rules.
