[{"type":"text","content":"\n \nRNS Number : 7201K Dialight PLC 27 June 2014 \n \n\n27 June 2014\n \nDIALIGHT plc\n \nAppointment of Group Finance Director\n \nThe Board of Dialight plc (\"Dialight\" or the \"Group\") announces that it has appointed Fariyal Khanbabi as Group Finance Director with effect from 29 September 2014.\nFariyal joins Dialight from Blue Ocean Group, an independent privately owned £4bn revenue fuel trading and distribution business, where she has been Chief Financial Officer since 2009. She has over 10 years of experience in senior financial positions, including roles at NYSE and Nasdaq-listed companies. Fariyal holds a BA (Hons) degree in Accounting and Economics from Leeds University and is a qualified accountant, holding an ACA.\n \nKevin Higginson, who has been Dialight's Interim CFO since 21 January 2014, will leave the Group on 21 July 2014, following the announcement of the Group's Half Year Results. From that date, the senior finance role at Dialight will be assumed by Paul Haworth, Group Financial Controller, pending Fariyal's appointment on 29 September 2014.\n \nRoy Burton, Group Chief Executive, said: \"I am delighted to welcome Fariyal to Dialight.
