Following a net settlement arrangement to cover tax liabilities, Mr. Wheeler received 189,387 shares, increasing his holding to 764,655 shares representing 1.45% of voting rights, while Ms. Parsons received 94,222 shares, bringing her total to 94,222 shares representing 0.18% of voting rights.
