Following this share purchase, Mr Wheeler's total beneficial shareholding in the capital of the Company is 310,000 ordinary shares, representing 0.57 per cent. of the voting rights of Driver Group. \n \nDavid Kilgour, Chief Financial Officer of the Company, purchased 10,000 ordinary shares of 0.4 pence each in the share capital of the Company at a price of 54 pence per share.
