[{"type":"text","content":"\n \nRNS Number : 3975F Driver Group plc 17 May 2017 \n\n17th May 2017\nDriver Group plc\n \n(\"Driver Group\" or the \"Company\")\n \nBoard Changes\n \nDriver Group, the global provider of specialist commercial and dispute resolution services to the construction and engineering industries, is pleased to announce the appointments of Mark Wheeler and Peter Collini to the Board.\n \nMark Wheeler, 49, will join the board as Chief Operating Officer with effect from 17th May 2017. Mark is an engineer and surveyor with over 25 years' engineering experience within the construction industry, including major civil engineering, building and power projects. He is trained as a barrister and is an accredited mediator. Mark has worked at Driver Group since 2006 and was appointed COO for the Europe and Americas region in 2014. Mark was appointed to his current role as Global Chief Operating Officer in September 2016.\n \nPeter Collini, 51, will join the board as a Non-Executive Director with effect from 17th May 2017. Peter Collini, ACA, is a corporate finance professional with extensive experience leading significant international transactions. He set up Riverhill Partners LLP, an independent advisory practice, in 2005 and advises public, private equity and state owned businesses. Peter recently advised the board on its fundraising which completed earlier this year.\n \nPeter was a Managing Director at Deutsche Bank's Investment Bank, a chartered accountant practising tax with PwC and holds an MA in Engineering from Oxford University.\n \nGordon Wilkinson, Chief Executive Officer, said:\n\"We are delighted to welcome both Mark and Peter to the board.
