She is a regular\neditor of the weekly information bulletin produced by The Building Law\nInformation Subscriber Service ('BLISS'). BLISS is widely-acknowledged as a\nleading provider of information services to the UK and international\nconstruction industry. Ann is also regularly consulted by and contributes to the\nconstruction media on issues of a legal nature.\n\nAnn spent the earlier part of her career as a technical librarian at the United\nAtomic Energy Authority and Mersey Regional Health Authority before joining\nconstruction consultants, James R.
