[{"type":"text","content":"\n\nPublication of 2024 Annual Report and Form 20-F\n \nFollowing the release by Diageo plc (the \"Company\") on 30 July 2024 of the Company's preliminary results for the year ended 30 June 2024, the following documents have today been issued:\n \n· Annual Report for the year ended 30 June 2024\n· Annual Report for the year ended 30 June 2024 on Form 20-F which has been filed with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission.\n \nThe documents are available to view on the Company's website at www.diageo.com and the Annual Report for the year ended 30 June 2024 has been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism.\n \nThe Annual Report for the year ended 30 June 2024, together with the Notice of Annual General Meeting 2024 and Form of Proxy/Letter of Direction for the Annual General Meeting will be made available to shareholders on 23 August 2024.\n \nThe Company will provide a hard copy of its Annual Report on Form 20-F (including the Company's audited financial statements) to its shareholders free of charge upon request.
