Diaceutics PLC, (AIM: DXRX), a leading technology and solutions provider to the pharmaceutical industry, has been informed that Jordan Clark, Chief Commercial Officer, a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ('PDMR'), has on 21 April 2023 sold 100,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company, each at a price of 104.5 pence per Ordinary Share.
