DGTL welcomes the new department on behalf of its flagship subsidiary, #HASHOFF, for the purposes of servicing core customers through an assertive growth phase, as well as pursuing new business development opportunities in a variety of key verticals and brand categories. Firstly, Mr. Joel Wright has been appointed to the role of Interim-CEO at #HASHOFF, as well as to the role of Strategic Advisor at DGTL Holdings Inc. These roles will have a special focus on the management of one of #HASHOFF's key client accounts, AB-InBev. Mr. Wright comes to DGTL with 15 years of experience as a media and advertising executive. Prior to building #HASHOFF, Mr. Wright managed the North American Digital Media Sales department for Travelocity. Travelocity's North American interests produced over USD $100 million in annual revenue under his leadership (and were later acquired by Expedia). Mr. Wright also built and managed the digital media practice for leading Hollywood talent agency Paradigm and is a former Senior Digital Media Sales Executive at Yahoo! as well as at Marc Andreessen's start-up Ning, Inc. (acquired by GLAM Media).DGTL Holdings Inc. also welcomes Mr. Charlie Thomas, as Chief Strategy Officer for #HASHOFF. In this role, Mr. Thomas will identify and implement new strategic revenue streams and steward new product development, in support of sustainable growth plans. Mr. Thomas comes to #HASHOFF with extensive senior executive experience and proven success in creating and scaling high growth digital media sales environments. Mr. Thomas has over 35 years in the Digital Media and Advertising sector, focused on the development and management of national digital advertising sales teams. As a pioneer in the sector, Mr. Thomas was one of the first to sell internet-based advertising space, and helped build the Digital Media department at Time Inc. (later AOL-Time-Warner).
