[{"type":"text","content":"\n \nRNS Number : 8777W DFS Furniture plc 17 November 2017 \n\n17 November 2017\nDFS Furniture plc\nGrant of Conditional Shares\nThe Executive Directors and PDMRs of DFS Furniture plc (\"DFS\" or the \"Company\") have been granted conditional shares in DFS on 16 November 2017, as part of the Company's long-term incentive arrangements.\nNo consideration was payable for the grant of the conditional shares. Conditional shares granted under the 2015 Long-Term Incentive Plan (the \"Conditional LTIP\") will vest after a three year performance period, subject to achievement of performance measures based on adjusted EPS and relative total shareholder return measures for the Company. Conditional shares granted under the 2015 Restricted Share Plan (the \"Conditional RSP\") will vest after either two or three years and are subject to a share price performance condition. As previously stated by the Company, the Executive Directors are not entitled to participate in the Conditional RSP.
