Horizon North Logistic Inc. ("Horizon") announced today that Mr. Steven Grant has resigned from the Board of Directors of Horizon for personal reasons that limited his time required to properly perform his duties as a director. "Mr. Grant has been a member of our Board since 2009 and I would like to thank him for his efforts and contributions to Horizon over that time," said Bob German, Horizon's President and Chief Executive Officer.
