(the \"Company\")\n \n (TSXV: DME) (U.S. OTC: DMEHF) (Frankfurt: QM01)\n \n from the President of the Company.\n \n Desert Mountain Energy Corp. is pleased to announce it has signed an agreement with Roswell Information Park LLC to fund key infrastructure associated with previously announced projects on a non-dilutive basis.\n \n\n The initial funding commitment totals approximately\n \n US$3.2 million\n \n , with additional contracts to be executed as planning, engineering, and permitting milestones are achieved.\n \n\n\n\n P\n \n\n\n\n ipeline and Power Infrastructure\n \n\n\n\n Under the agreement, Roswell Information Park will fund:\n \n\n\n Final engineering, ROW acquisition, and construction of approximately 14 miles of 8-inch pipeline, creating a redundant and secure pathway for locally produced natural gas to reach the \"behind-the-meter\" power generation site.\n \n\n Main pipeline connection costs for long-term natural gas supply.\n \n\n\n This infrastructure is designed to support the Park's planned hyperscale AI data center campus, where uninterrupted energy delivery is a critical requirement.\n \n\n\n\n G\n \n\n\n\n as Storage and Development\n \n\n\n\n DME has completed a base geologic study identifying a potential formation within its current leasehold capable of serving as an underground natural gas storage unit. Early evaluations indicate capacity of up to 3.0 Bcf, providing redundancy for the Roswell Information Park in the event of scheduled or unscheduled pipeline downtime.\n \n\n Development plans include:\n \n\n\n All wells drilled will be evaluated for previously non-produced zones possibly containing helium-3, helium-4 and hydrogen.\n \n\n Drilling 13 wells...
