[{"type":"text","content":"\n\nFor immediate release\n \n \nDerwent London plc\n (the \"Company\")\n \nNotice of the 2024 Annual General Meeting (\"AGM\") and\npublication of the 2023 Report & Accounts and the 2023 Responsibility Report\n \n \nNotice of 2024 AGM and 2023 Report & Accounts\n \nDerwent London plc announces that copies of the Notice of the 2024 AGM and 2023 Report & Accounts have been made available to shareholders and can be viewed and downloaded on the Company's website, www.derwentlondon.com\n \nCopies of these documents, together with the Form of Proxy for the AGM, will be submitted to the National Storage Mechanism (via the Electronic Submission System) shortly.\n \nIn accordance with Rule 4.1.14R of the Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the Company has published its 2023 Report & Accounts in eXtensible HyperText Mark-up Language (XHTML) and key elements of its financial statements have been 'tagged' using eXtensible Business Reporting Language (XBRL). This version of the 2023 Report & Accounts will also be submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and is available on our website.\n \nIn accordance with Rule 4.1(3) of the Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the Company published its annual results announcement for the year ended 31 December 2023 on 28 February 2024.\n \n2024 AGM\n \nAs set out in the Notice of the 2024 AGM, the Company's 40th AGM will be held on 10 May 2024 at 10:30 am. The Directors look forward to meeting with shareholders in person.\n \nWe will provide audio facilities for our shareholders who are unable to attend in-person, so that they may follow the proceedings of the AGM remotely. To register for access to the audio facilities, please visit our website.
