[{"type":"text","content":"\n \n \n For immediate release\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Derwent London plc\n (the \"Company\")\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Notice of the 2023 Annual General Meeting (\"AGM\") and\n \n \n \n \n publication of the 2022 Report & Accounts\n \n \n \n and the 2022 Responsibility Report\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Notice of 2023 AGM and\n 2022 Report & Accounts\n \n \n \n \n \n Derwent London plc announces that copies of the Notice of the 2023 AGM and 2022 Report & Accounts have been made available to shareholders and can be viewed and downloaded on the Company's website, \n \n \n www.derwentlondon.com\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Copies of these documents, together with the Form of Proxy for the AGM and the proposed Rules of the Performance Share Plan 2023, will be submitted to the National Storage Mechanism (via the Electronic Submission System) shortly.\n \n \n \n \n \n In accordance with Rule 4.1.14R of the Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the Company has published its 2022 Report & Accounts in eXtensible HyperText Mark-up Language (XHTML) and key elements of its financial statements have been 'tagged' using eXtensible Business Reporting Language (XBRL). This version of the 2022 Report & Accounts will also be submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and is available on our website.\n \n \n \n \n \n In accordance with Rule 4.1(3) of the Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the Company published its annual results announcement for the year ended 31 December 2022 on 28 February 2023.\n \n \n \n \n \n 2023 AGM\n \n \n \n \n \n As set out in the Notice of the 2023 AGM, the Company's 39th AGM will be held on 12 May 2023 at 10.30 am. The Directors look forward to meeting with shareholders in person.\n \n \n \n \n \n We will provide audio facilities for our shareholders who are unable to attend in-person, so that they may follow the proceedings of the AGM remotely.
