Sleuth & Statesman.\n\n\nThe competition consisted of 87 students, grouped in 17 teams, each\n presenting their research findings to the following industry panelists:\n Patrizia Ferrarese - Principal and Founder at PF Group Inc., Michelle\n Heaphy - Director, Corporate Banking at Scotiabank Global Banking and\n Markets, Jenny Johnston - Manager, Recruitment Strategies at Xerox\n Canada, Stephen Mills - Regional Head, TSX Company Services, Michael\n Newallo - Capital Markets Executive, Dax Philbert - Founder and\n Managing Director at iComply Consulting, Elisa Schupp - Vice President,\n Sales Operations & Strategic Sales Initiatives at CNW Group, Katharine\n Short - Treasurer, ArcelorMittal Dofasco Inc., and Tom Scott -Director,\n School of Accounting and Finance.\n\n\nThe winning group presented their investment recommendation on Denison\n Mines Corp. (TSX: DML), winning the $2,000 in prize money donated by\n Xerox and media coverage provided by CNW Group. According to the team,\n consisting of Jeff (Yicheng) Chen, Boon Chia Cheng, Hyung Ju Kim,\n Courtland Livesley-James, and David McDonald, \"The Equity Research\n Challenge was an exciting opportunity for us to practically apply what\n we learned in our Equity Investments class. Being able to present in\n front of a panel of experienced industry professionals was a nerve\n racking, exciting, and valuable experience for all of us. We would like\n to thank all of the judges and professors who graciously took time out\n of their day to be part of this competition, along with our fellow\n competitors who ensured the level of competitiveness was extremely\n high.\n\n\nThe TSX hosted the winning team, judges, and members of SAF at the\n opening of the market on April 10, 2014.
