Selene Deferred Payment Agreement
Deltic Energy Plc has agreed with Shell U.K. Limited to defer the payment date for amounts owed in relation to the Selene exploration well. This includes £1,530,320 accrued from April to October 2025, plus any further sums accruing thereafter.
