Acquisition and Scheme Timetable Update
Rockrose Energy Limited, through its subsidiary Viaro Bidco, has provided an update on its recommended cash acquisition of Deltic Energy PLC. The scheme of arrangement, approved by Deltic shareholders on August 28, 2025, is still subject to conditions, notably the consent of the North Sea Transition Authority (NSTA) for a change in control of Deltic's North Sea exploration licenses. The NSTA has granted Viaro Bidco extensions to provide further representations regarding its concerns, with the deadline now set for February 13, 2026. Disclaimer*
