(“Definitive Healthcare” or the “Company”) (Nasdaq: DH), an industry leader in healthcare commercial intelligence, today announced financial results for the quarter ended March 31, 2024. First Quarter 2024 Financial Highlights: Revenue was $63.5 million, an increase of 7% from $59.2 million in Q1 2023. Net Loss was $(12.7) million, or (20%) of revenue, compared to $(16.0) million, or (27%) of revenue in Q1 2023. Adjusted Net Income was $13.0 million, compared to $9.1 million in Q1 2023. Adjusted EBITDA was $20.0 million, or 32% of revenue, compared to $15.7 million, or 26% of revenue in Q1 2023.
